One thing you should know about me: I will follow my intuition every fucking time.

After leaving banking for marketing, I did what a lot of ambitious people do and threw myself headfirst into proving I’d made the right choice, somehow landing roles with some of the top agencies in the country until I burned out so badly I once blanked on my own address.

Yep…scary af.

This eventually dropped me into the absolute hellscape of the job market, where I spent more than a year trying to find work that wouldn’t put me right back where I started.

The longer I searched, the worse I felt, making me realize I had ENOUGH.

Now, as an online strategist pursuing a doctorate in organizational psychology, I’m digging into the space where creative work and the internet collide.

More specifically, the very weird (and incredibly annoying) ways online culture and behavior shape how we see ourselves and mold our careers.

Relax, I’m not about to hand you a workbook and ruin your weekend.

But I am going to shift your perspective on what building something online looks like. Because it doesn’t need to mean becoming a content machine or forcing every part of your life into a strategy doc.

It can be easier than that: paying attention to what lights you up, what people already ask you, and what you’re willing to keep ranting about even when the algo acts like a moody little asshole.

Yeahhhhh, I’m an overachiever

Unpopular opinion

Saying “fuck” on social media isn’t going to ruin your reputation. But copy-and-pasting ChatGPT garbage might.

An ideal night looks like

Fuzzy socks and sweatpants with an endless bowl of homemade guac and rewatching New Girl.

In my spare time

I’m juggling at least four books, chasing my kiddos, or throwing neon paint at a canvas while boppin’ to Hayley Williams.
